Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations (Including Keynotes)

Oral presentations should not exceed 12 minutes, allowing 3 minutes for questions and discussion (15 minutes total). Invited keynote presentations should be no longer than 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions (30 minutes in total). As the sessions are tightly scheduled, presenters are expected to adhere strictly to the allocated presentation time.

Uploading Oral Presentations

Presentation files must be uploaded using a link that will be shared one week before the conference. If you need to make last-minute changes, please contact the registration desk on the first day of the conference.

Presentations should be submitted in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format using a 16:9 widescreen slide layout.

For organizational and technical reasons, presentations cannot be delivered from personal laptops or uploaded directly from USB devices in the conference auditorium. All presentation files must be uploaded in advance.

Please note that remote presentations via videoconference or other online communication platforms will not be available. All oral presentations must be delivered in person at the conference venue.

Poster Pitches and Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in portrait (vertical) orientation and printed in the standard A0 format (840 mm × 1190 mm).

Please include the poster title at the top and clearly identify the presenting author. The text should be easily readable from a distance of approximately 120 cm, with a minimum recommended font size of 28 pt.

In addition to the dedicated poster session, all poster presenters will be invited to give a short poster pitch of no more than 3 minutes. Presenters should prepare a few slides to briefly introduce their research, highlight the key findings and significance of their work, and capture the interest of the audience. The purpose of the pitch is to provide a concise overview and encourage participants to visit your poster during the poster session for further discussion and exchange of ideas.

Printing facilities will not be available at the conference venue; therefore, all posters must be printed in advance.
