You are free to use any booking platform you prefer to search for suitable accommodation. However, please ensure that you book only through reputable and trusted platforms, as the conference organizers cannot take responsibility for fraudulent listings or booking-related issues.

The Netherlands has an excellent and reliable public transport system. The conference venue, Flora Boskoop, is located directly in front of Boskoop train station, making daily travel from surrounding cities convenient and straightforward. Regular train connections link Boskoop with Gouda, Leiden, Alphen aan den Rijn, and Utrecht, allowing you to choose accommodation based on your preferred location, budget, and travel time.

When selecting where to stay, consider proximity to train stations and the frequency of connections to Boskoop to ensure a smooth commute during the conference.

Important Information About Hotel Prices

Please be aware that hotel prices on major booking platforms are dynamic and can change considerably based on demand. During the summer months, the Netherlands welcomes many international tourists, which means that the prices you see now are often much lower than the rates typically available during the conference period. Booking early is strongly recommended.

If you reserve your accommodation well in advance, you may find better deals on booking platforms than the fixed conference rates listed below. The special prices provided for conference participants are non-dynamic, fixed rates, which remain stable and can be especially useful if you book closer to the event, when market prices are likely to be much higher.

For students, there are several affordable hostels and student-oriented accommodations, particularly in Utrecht and Leiden. When booked early, a bed in a shared dormitory can cost around EUR 30 per night.
